Vertically integrated

We source the land, hold an Oregon CCB contractor license through Grand Developments LLC, direct construction in-house, and operate a licensed public brokerage through Grand Real Estate. Most developers coordinate that from the outside. We do it ourselves.

Entity structure

KG Group is the brand this group operates under. The holding company is KG Renovations LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that holds the Oregon operating companies and provides administration and management for the group.

Work in Oregon is done by Oregon companies: Grand Developments LLC, Grand Real Estate Group LLC, and KG Investments LLC. Construction and development is performed by Grand Developments LLC, Oregon CCB #250653. Real estate services are provided by Grand Real Estate, Oregon real estate license #201240549, with Robert Grand, Principal Broker, Oregon license #201105089. All of it runs out of one office at 2472 Willamette Street, Eugene, Oregon 97405.
